Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence and prioritising communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to completion.
  • Support the Chief Operating Officer in overseeing the group’s agricultural subsidiary companies, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution to help translate decisions into action.
  • This is a unique role suited to someone comfortable working while travelling regularly between Sydney and Newcastle

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a senior administrative role supporting C-suite or senior leadership
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Relevant qualification in business administration or office management (a plus)

The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000. In addition to base salary, total compensation includes a discretionary bonus.
